Growing up in the Southern U.S., TightMike credits a few things as the end-all, most influential factors in his music… 808 drums, deathly hot summers, DJ Screw tapes, and his grandma's home cooking. The music is just as much an homage to the music of the south, as it is a cultural study on rhythms and musical subcultures of the world. Fascinated with creating a balance between these two worlds, but always maintaining a universally smooth vibe.

Beyond Just his production and remixing, Mike brings a live set that challenges traditional DJing. Actually live remixing rap vocals , and re-purposing r&b vocals as instruments, but never losing sight of the dancefloor.

Most recently known for his project FALCONS (Alphapup Records) with long time friend Kayleo Stocko (in Oakland, Ca). Some of the shows Falcons have been involved in, in the past, present or future are Low End Theory LA & SF, Love Parade Music Festival SF, Change the Beat SF, Boiler Room LA (our set will be live broadcasted in June online), Hellfyre/Alphapup Artists Showcase, Shambhala Music Festival Vancouver, West Coast tour 2012, and much more!

Emcees Axiom and Kapok are brothers in arms, a Canadian West Coast Hip Hop force to be reckoned with, aptly named Indigo Kids. With their signature brand of rhyme craftsmanship, these gentlemen of the creative persuasion are backed by a fearsome live band comprised of bassist Nick Lagassi, drummer Sydney Beagle and up and coming young vocalist Francesca Belcourt. The group is signed by Jellyfish Recordings and will be releasing a full length album in summer 2012.

Headspace is a producer/beatmaker/visual artist based out of Vancouver BC, Canada. When he isn't making music, art or writing about himself in the third person he is running Jellyfish Recordings, a record label he started in 2010 as a way to promote Vancouver beatmakers and forward thinking hip hop artists.

Headspace draws musical inspiration from the beauty/ugliness of human error and the evolving relationship between man and the technology he creates. His live performace consists of the adept manipulation of samplers and drum machines that initate as much movement as they do thought.

Producer, DJ, beatmaker and Vancouver native. Jolin performs live with a hybrid DJ/live PA set that mixes ambient tones with hard hitting drums so people can chill out or go hard with it .

Claire Mortifee's unique vocal quality and songwriting style have been turning heads in the Vancouver music scene for years. Recently, she has been drawing attention from musicians and producers across the country, and even internationally, with followers as far reaching as Sweden. This nineteen-year-old oozes with the raw integrity so coveted in today's rapidly morphing music business.

Born and raised in the heart of Vancouver, her music reflects the laid-back west-coast culture she has grown up in. Her sound has been said to be reminiscent of Feist, Regina Spektor, Adele, and Lauryn Hill, but with its own style and illuminant resonance.

Claire, niece of both Paul Horn and Ann Mortifee, has performed across the city, at venues ranging from The Cobalt, to Café Montmartre, to the Orpheum, to the Waterfront Theatre. She has worked with acclaimed recording artists such as Hannah Georgas, Josh Ramsay, and Noah Becker.
