LOW INDIGO - RMX.EP.1

available may 22 on bandcamp, and digital stores following.
the low indigo universe continues to expand and come into focus, with the label's 5th release being it's first remix e.p. featuring:

MICHAEL RED - TOP (8PRN RMX)
MICHAEL RED - DUH (BEAMHEAD RMX)
KLINE - THIS ONE TIME (OKPK RMX)
KLINE & OSHEA ADAMS - DON'T YOU WORRY
(SELF EVIDENT RMX)
KLINE & OSHEA ADAMS - DON'T YOU WORRY
(SELF EVIDENT INST)

• 8prn's treatment is a colourful and bright take on the original, with tight and playful percussion balanced out by generous breakdowns and lighthearted melodies.

• beamhead trendlessly throws down a bubbling psychedelic live remix of michael red's 'duh', dipped several times in soul.

• okpk gives the dark and beautiful melodies of 'this one time' the extended life they deserve, from a perfectly moody introduction to a stripped-down metallic rhythmic work-out and back again.

• self evident has created a monster, letting oshea's original vocal work it's magic supported by the lushest pads and atmospheres, building to a drop that elevates emotions that much higher.
good enough that we had to release the instrumental as well.
